Ordering & Shipping

Can I get my books personalized?

Yes! When placing an order, you can add personalization requests in the Order Notes section.

You can also request a quote (dirty notes are a fan favorite...) but Nikki reserves the right to use discretion with the number of notes written. If a 5-book Fight Game book bundle is purchased, she will likely only be able to write quotes in 2 of them.

What are discreet covers?

Same stories. Same swoon. Just a little more subtle. Discreet covers keep things low-key for readers who want the heat without the blushing.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 10-12 business days. During high-volume periods (such as new releases or sales), processing times may be extended slightly. Those products will be marked with the specific shipping timeline in the product description. You'll of course receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, the only countries we do NOT ship to are countries within the EU. This is due to the recent GPSR rules.

Where can I meet Nikki in person?

Check the Events Page for all upcoming signings. Pro tip: Pre-order your books for events to guarantee you don’t miss out—quantities are limited on the day.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because every book is made-to-order (and often personalized), we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’ve got you! If your order arrives damaged, email us below with photos and your order details within 7 days of delivery and we will get back to you with next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, especially for signed books, it can’t be canceled. Please double-check your cart before confirming.
