Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 10-12 business days. During high-volume periods (such as new releases or sales), processing times may be extended slightly. Those products will be marked with the specific shipping timeline in the product description. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

Currently, the only countries we do NOT ship to are countries within the EU. This is due to the GPSR rules. For all other international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These are not included in the shipping costs.

Shipping Issues

While we provide you with a tracking number, should you experience any issues related to the shipping of your order—including delays, missing deliveries, or issues with a delivery address—please email nikkicastleromance@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.
